The Empire is one of the two principal nations on the Create Server. It developed around judethenoobs after his proposed exile from the other players' settlement. Early treaty language called the group “Jude's Nation.” By 28 August, DPRCH council messages were using “the Empire.”[1]
Formation
On 27 August, catgirlfeet said that Jude could participate if he were exiled to an island in an arrangement compared with the exile of Napoleon. The statement appears to have been an informal territorial condition rather than a formal judicial process. Later discussion by trolling confirms that Jude was treated as exiled and that other players followed or joined him.
The server owner's roster identifies Jude, Patty, and trolling as members. The available chats do not establish formal imperial ranks, a constitution, or a declared ideology. “Empire” is therefore used as the group's accepted name, not as proof of a particular government.
Territory
The Empire first occupied an island or separated base area and later established a second base. Public Minecraft chat on 28 August refers to “our base” in messages by trolling and Patty and records a visit by catgirlfeet.[2] Later public chat distinguishes Jude's original base from a newer base and identifies trolling, Patty, and Jude as a group.[3]
Chat references describe a bunker, a cobblestone farm, copper supplies, and damage to parts of the later base. Precise coordinates are omitted from the wiki.
Government and membership
The server owner's roster identifies Jude, Patty, and trolling as Empire members. The available record does not establish an emperor, formal ranks, a constitution, or a declared ideology. Jude was the central figure in the initial territorial split, but that does not by itself establish a formal title.
Relations with Cat Hill
Empire-aligned players repeatedly stated that they had moved away to avoid conflict and wanted to pursue their own Create projects. DPRCH members discussed bunkers, airships, artillery, and other defensive systems while maintaining that no attack was planned. Public Minecraft chat on 31 August records Empire members discussing whether a spell could be used against the Cat Hill capital. The server owner replied that an unapproved attack would violate the griefing rule.[4] The resulting security dilemma is covered at Cat Hill–Empire Cold War.
The proposed Draft Non-Aggression Treaty was not shown as signed. No war or confirmed deliberate attack is recorded through 31 August 2026.
