Missouri is a settlement and proposed nation founded by sleepslap1 west of Cat Hill on 5 September 2026. Shortly after joining the server, sleepslap1 asked to establish a nation with that name and later requested its addition to the world map.[1]
Establishment
At 03:43 UTC, sleepslap1 asked whether a treaty was required for recognition. catgirlfeet replied that a declaration could be made because the location was not contested. By 04:07, sleepslap1 reported having laid out a border, then asked about an electronically signed declaration of independence. The chat does not establish that a final declaration was signed or that a constitution was adopted.[2]
Construction
Isaac, who introduced sleepslap1 to the server, supplied redwood for the new player's construction and was invited to visit Missouri's marked border.[3]
