Create Server
More actions
The Create Server is a private modded Minecraft Java Edition server organized around the Create mod and a changing collection of technology, building, agriculture and quality-of-life mods. The name also refers to the social setting that developed around the world. By the end of August 2026, fifteen Minecraft accounts had joined and two principal political blocs had emerged.
The server is owned by catgirlfeet and administered with catnipsmoke.[1] Public Minecraft chat survives from 26 August 2026. Discord discussions show that the early period combined survival play, modpack troubleshooting, national roleplay, hurried industrial plans, and frequent infrastructure work.
Gameplay
Create machinery is the server's central technical theme. Players discussed factories, railways, farms, oil processing, airships, artillery, missiles, the Ars Nouveau magic system and related add-ons, and storage networks. Many of these remained proposals, while farms, mining works, spellbooks, cannon components, electrical infrastructure, and storage systems entered active use or construction.[2][3]
Community
Players and known alternate accounts are listed at Players. The first political split centered on the Democratic People's Republic of Cat Hill and The Empire. By 5 September, Chickaloon had received recognition and sleepslap1 was establishing Missouri.[4]
Political setting
The first major division followed the proposed exile of judethenoobs on 27 August. The DPRCH Council was organized later that day. By 28 August, the opposing group was being called the Empire in council discussion.[5] Public Minecraft chat confirms recognition of Cat Hill and a separate Empire base during the same period.[6] A draft non-aggression treaty was circulated with blank signature fields. The initial rivalry became known as the Cat Hill-Empire Cold War.
Administration
The server changed hosts during its first week. Discord messages describe migrations, network failures, modpack revisions, crashes, and restarts. These operational problems affected play but did not amount to political action by either nation.
September development
Early September saw the construction of the Cat Hill Library, Cat Hill cannon factory and Cat Hill greenhouse, alongside Create workshops, equipment trading and new settlement projects. Magic mods had been removed by 2 September.[7]
On 5 September, the Chickaloon border dispute led to recognition and treaty negotiations. The later 5 September mine incident involved damage around Cat Hill and Nether portals, investigation and reported retaliation.[8]
Constitutional government and treaty settlement
Cat Hill's Council Decree No. 1 and Constitution of the DPRCH, both dated 2 September 2026, establish collective Council government, People's Commissariats and Spawn Island autonomy. The Treaty of Chickaloon was subsequently ratified through a separate electronic signature register, resolving the territorial settlement while establishing railway access, a demilitarized zone and trade and environmental safeguards.[9][10][11][12]
