Chronology of the Create Server
This timeline summarizes documented events on the Create Server. Dates use UTC. The archive is young, incomplete, and unusually well supplied with arguments.
26 August 2026
- The earliest surviving public Minecraft chat entry is recorded.
- The broad Discord group chat discusses the new map and begins organizing players around the modded server.
27 August 2026
- judethenoobs is permitted to participate on the condition that he be exiled to an island, an arrangement compared in chat to Napoleon's exile.[1]
- Early DPRCH political language appears. Players discuss a supreme court and workers' congress.
- At 20:29 UTC, Shiby identifies a private group as the council of the Democratic People's Republic of Cat Hill. Members are told that the workers' council has no leader and that all council members hold equal power.[2]
28 August 2026
- SockMonkeyyy circulates a Draft Non-Aggression Treaty between the DPRCH and “Jude's Nation.” The document's signature fields remain blank.
- Council members describe the developing situation as a cold war and discuss treating Jude's group as a nation rather than as an individual nuisance.[3]
- The council chat reports that another player is joining “the Empire,” establishing the rival name in the surviving record.
- Hosting is migrated during several hours of interrupted access.
- Following arguments about exile, creative mode, and political roleplay, the broad group adopts four baseline server rules.
29 August 2026
- The DPRCH discusses industrial and defensive priorities, including a mine, manufactorum, cannon factory, bunkers, and turrets. These were goals, not a completion report.
- SockMonkeyyy requests Cat Hill citizenship without residence, then announces a peaceful exit from Cat Hill and a desire to “forge [his] own path.”[4]
- A server poll selects keep-inventory “On” with 67 percent of the recorded vote.
- A late-night argument clarifies the basic strategic dispute. Empire-aligned players say they moved away to avoid conflict. DPRCH members say their planned cannons and bunker are defensive. Both sides blame SockMonkeyyy for amplifying tensions.
30 August 2026
- Spawn Island is described as an autonomous region of the DPRCH.[5]
- Cannon, missile, radar, and air-defense proposals expand. Much of the day is spent trying to make the relevant machinery work.
- A cannon-related mishap is reported to have damaged part of the Empire's roof. The surviving chat presents it as a technical error rather than an attack.
- A poll to remove all magic mods closes with “Nay” receiving 60 percent.
31 August 2026
- Players debate temporary creative access for cannon troubleshooting and agree that a separate test server would be safer.
- High-impact spells cause repeated crashes and prompt discussion of a ban or hard limit on specific spells.
- The four baseline server rules are reposted and described as the only general rules.
- The idea of creating a server wiki is proposed in the broad group chat.
