MadShib, also known as Alexei, Moomoo, or Shiby, is the People's Commissar for Industry and Trade and a Council member of the Democratic People's Republic of Cat Hill.[1] She previously served as Interim Chairman.[2]
Shiby opened the DPRCH Council discussion on 27 August, described it as a workers' council, and stated that it had no leader because members held equal power. She proposed several ministerial portfolios, but those initial discussions did not complete a cabinet appointment process. Council Decree No. 1, dated 2 September, later appointed her to Industry and Trade.[3]
In practical play, Shiby focused on industry, fortifications, and Create: Big Cannons. Her stated plans included a manufactorum, mine, defenses, and cannon factory. Much of her later activity concerned troubleshooting a cannon lathe, chiefly in a creative singleplayer world rather than on a dedicated test server.[4] She also cultivated and crossbred cannabis through Growery while continuing work on Create: Big Cannons.[5]
September construction
Shiby built the Cat Hill cannon factory, with excavation assistance from SquishyIsaac and andesite supplied by catnipsmoke. She demonstrated the workshop on 4 September, while transport and finishing arrangements were still being worked out.[6]
She also developed the Cat Hill greenhouse and reported completing the in-game Growery strains Skunk #1 and Super Skunk on 3 September.[7]
Chickaloon dispute
On 5 September, Shiby disputed catgirlfeet's territorial claims and emphasized council approval. She announced that she was leaving Cat Hill and criticized the confrontation's effect on trade. She remained part of Cat Hill.[8] She signed the Treaty of Chickaloon as a Cat Hill representative at 03:34:56 UTC.[9][10]
