catgirlfeet, also known as x or eszn, is the owner of the Create Server and a member of the Democratic People's Republic of Cat Hill.
As owner, catgirlfeet managed hosting, modpack changes, restarts, troubleshooting, and rules discussions. The broad group chat records her proposing the four baseline server rules on 28 August. Within the DPRCH, she serves as Interim Minister of Industrial Labor and later described Spawn Island as an autonomous region of Cat Hill. She also developed Growery, a cannabis cultivation and crossbreeding mod used on the server.[1]
Her work as server owner covered routine administration, while her DPRCH office concerned Cat Hill's industrial policy. Server-wide maintenance decisions did not necessarily constitute DPRCH policy.
