Unsigned proposal between the DPRCH and Jude's Nation
The Draft Non-Aggression Treaty was a proposal circulated by SockMonkeyyy on 28 August 2026 between the Democratic People's Republic of Cat Hill and what the draft called “Jude's Nation,” later known as The Empire.
Terms
The draft proposed that both nations would:
- refrain from attack, raiding, griefing, and intentional killing
- respect each other's territory, property, and builds
- resolve disputes through peaceful discussion
- refuse to assist or encourage hostile action against the other
- keep the agreement in force until both nations mutually dissolved it
Status
The exported message ends with blank fields for the DPRCH signature, Jude's Nation signature, and date.[1] Later broad-chat discussion says participants were “trying to sign” a pact. There is no surviving evidence that both sides completed ratification. This wiki therefore calls it a draft.
Despite its uncertain status, the proposal is important because it shows that both sides recognized each other as political groups before either had finished much of its military construction.
