MadShib, also known as Alexei, Moomoo, or Shiby, is the Interim Chairman and a council member of the Democratic People's Republic of Cat Hill.[1]
Shiby opened the surviving DPRCH Council discussion on 27 August, described it as a workers' council, and stated that it had no leader because members held equal power. She proposed several ministerial portfolios, but the archive does not contain a clearly completed cabinet appointment process.
In practical play, Shiby focused on industry, fortifications, and Create: Big Cannons. Her stated plans included a manufactorum, mine, defenses, and cannon factory. Much of her later activity concerned troubleshooting a cannon lathe, chiefly in a creative singleplayer world rather than on a dedicated test server.[2] She also cultivated and crossbred cannabis through Growery while continuing work on Create: Big Cannons.[3]
