The Create Server's national roleplay developed from the rivalry between the Democratic People's Republic of Cat Hill and The Empire in late August 2026. By 5 September, Chickaloon had received recognition and Missouri was being established.

Earlier nations
The Empire developed around Jude during the initial exile dispute. Its rivalry with Cat Hill is covered at Cat Hill-Empire Cold War. By 5 September, Jude was representing Chickaloon with Tyson.
Affiliations and offices
Oxy, initially nomadic, was working with Cat Hill and was addressed as a Department of Defense participant on 4 and 5 September. Javier had previously been described as unaligned but closer to Cat Hill. Shiby's announced departure requires distinguishing her earlier chairmanship from her unresolved status after the council dispute.[2]
Diplomacy
The Treaty of Chickaloon concerns recognition, territory and transit. It is separate from the unsigned Draft Non-Aggression Treaty of 28 August. See also Chickaloon border dispute and 5 September mine incident.
