catgirlfeet, also known as x or eszn, is the owner of the Create Server and a member of the Democratic People's Republic of Cat Hill.
As owner, catgirlfeet managed hosting, modpack changes, restarts, troubleshooting, and rules discussions. The broad group chat records her proposing the four baseline server rules on 28 August. Within the DPRCH, she initially served as Interim Minister of Industrial Labor and later described Spawn Island as an autonomous region of Cat Hill. She also developed Growery, a cannabis cultivation and crossbreeding mod used on the server.[1]
Her September projects included the Cat Hill Library, an in-game GIF picker, and a mining turtle demonstrated to Oxy on 4 September.[2]
September diplomacy
During the Chickaloon border dispute, catgirlfeet challenged the settlement's location and initially offered autonomy within Cat Hill rather than independence. After Jude offered written transit guarantees, she drafted the Treaty of Chickaloon and confirmed recognition of the nation.[3]
Penjamin Franklin
Catgirlfeet owned a wolf named Penjamin Franklin. The 5 September activity log records the wolf killing Jude and later dying in an explosion during the 5 September mine incident. Recovery from a backup was subsequently discussed.[4][5]
The server activity log records Penjamin Franklin being summoned again at 08:31:58, followed by three entity-data updates.[6]
Strategic Affairs
Council Decree No. 1 appoints catgirlfeet People's Commissar for Strategic Affairs. Her portfolio includes strategic industrial and state projects, economic planning, budgets, the Treasury, archives and intelligence and security coordination. It does not confer superior voting power or a head-of-government role.[7]
