TongsXD, known as Javier, is a nomadic player whose political position remained between the two blocs but closer to the Democratic People's Republic of Cat Hill.
During a council discussion on 29 August, TongsXD said he lived a nomadic lifestyle. Cat Hill participants said nomadic participation could be accepted if he contributed to national projects. The exchange stopped short of a clear, lasting citizenship declaration.
TongsXD is therefore listed as unaligned and DPRCH-leaning rather than as a full citizen or Empire member.
