14387, commonly known in Discord as trolling, is a member of The Empire. In the broad group chat, trolling often represented the Empire's position during discussions with Cat Hill.
During the Cat Hill–Empire Cold War, trolling said the Empire group had moved away to avoid conflict and wanted to pursue its own projects. He challenged DPRCH fortification plans as potentially threatening, repeated the baseline server rules on 31 August, and argued that creative-mode cannon testing gave an unfair advantage in a survival setting. His role was political and technical rather than a formally recorded imperial rank.
