It does not imply a formally surveyed border or a complete state apparatus.
Democratic People's Republic of Cat Hill
The DPRCH describes itself as socialist and syndicalist. Its council was initially presented as leaderless, with equal power among members. By 31 August, MadShib served as Interim Chairman and catgirlfeet as Interim Minister of Industrial Labor, while authority remained council-based.
