The first edition of this wiki was built from three principal text sources dated 26–31 August 2026.

Broad group chat

The general Discord export contains 3,135 messages from a group with most active players. It includes server discussion mixed with other games, music bots, memes, calls, and unrelated conversation. Only Create Server material is used in articles.

DPRCH Council chat

The private “DPRCH Council” export contains 1,601 messages. It is especially useful for the formation, ideology, internal planning, and foreign-policy language of the Democratic People's Republic of Cat Hill. Because it represents one side, it is not treated as a neutral account of the Empire.

Minecraft public chat

The 5 September source refresh retrieved 77 log files, including the current log through SFTP, covering 26 August to 5 September. It extracted 6,580 public chat records, including repeated messages. The newest public message in that snapshot was at 09:41:46 UTC on 5 September. The files were collected at approximately 13:16 UTC. They are useful for confirming that a discussion occurred in game and for separating Discord planning from live play. Public-chat extracts do not capture voice conversations or every physical action in the world. Activity lines can independently establish joins and deaths, but do not necessarily identify the cause or responsibility behind an incident. Private messages, coordinates and technical secrets are excluded from publication.

Citation practice

Articles cite the chat name, speaker, date, and approximate UTC time when a claim depends on a specific message. Repeated or low-stakes roster information may cite the server owner's supplied alias list. New citations also identify the original log filename and line numbers. Raw exports remain private. Source files are retained locally with SHA-256 checksums. Treaty clauses and offices are checked against original documents and owner clarifications rather than inferred solely from public chat.

Media

Images from the exports are reviewed separately. Memes and unrelated screenshots are not evidence of Minecraft events. A useful image needs a known subject, approximate date, and a caption that does not rely on guessing. See Create Server Wiki:Wanted media.
